Summer is here!

I was wondering how can I possibly get through winter without this beautiful green world and sweet chorus that surrounds me on this farm. As Stevie, Mitch and I were sitting on the studio deck the other day Mitch was imagining the vista covered in snow. The wren house is now for rent. There was a feeding frenzy for a while, Mom and Dad were very busy bringing "bits" to the hungry tribe.. I thought I may see the little ones take off, but I missed the send off. The deck is quiet.

Camper report

There is a new wicker couch in the studio which many of you know was missing if the mix of the studio. Creating art can be tiring and now there is a great place to recline. Thank you to Elizabeth and her Dad, Pete. The delivery of the flowered couch was just the perfect way to start the "Ala cART" Camping weekend. Thank you Melinda and Hans for your assistance in the kitchen on Saturday with the pizza making, thank you Stevie for the pancake making, thank you Mitch and Stevie for putting up the tent, thank you Stevie for installing the shutters in the bedrooms, and the new ladder for the shanty..thank you Aaron for giving up your room and mowing and putting up with me..and thank you to all of you for participating in the 1st "Ala cART" event.
